Mary: Bristol born DoP, studied at the NFTS. She began her career shooting B cam Bolex for music videos before shooting commercials worldwide, mainly on 35mm. Her Goldsmiths’ degree encouraged a critical, experimental approach to film-making, at the National she sought to learn more classical narrative. Shaped by both she enjoys a wide variety of work. Her intuitive visual flare is sometimes very graphic, sometimes more ambient, always creative, playful and inspired by the director’s vision.
